Every Beat of Your Heart

All the world was at peace, yet Palestine remained firmly under Roman rule. The Children of Israel obediently made their way to be enrolled as decreed. Among them walked One Whom they did not recognize—One Who had come not to rescue them from foreign oppressors, but to save them from the clutches of sin. Would they be humble enough to recognize Him when He arrived? Would they be willing to do all in their power to please Him? Do YOU recognize Him in your midst, hidden in the small white Host? Do YOU do all that is within your power to please Him? Watch as Grades 1-6 reenact this sacred scene and ask yourself: Which character represents the person you aspire to be?
