Living Tradition

IHM students are blessed to attend the Latin Mass daily and to enjoy the full benefits of Traditional Catholicism by frequenting the sacraments.

Dedicated to Mary

Our school takes its name and spirit from the title of Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart and the spirituality of Saint Louis de Montfort’s “True Devotion to Mary.”

Academically Excellent

Our quality Catholic education strives to encourage discipline and high standards that will form the soul, mind and body and achieve success in time and eternity.

Our Mission & Vision

Welcome to IHM

Immaculate Heart of Mary School is located at Saint Benedict Center, in Still River, a village of Harvard, Massachusetts. The school is one of the apostolates of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Brothers and Sisters.

Students (Grades 1–12) are advantaged by small class sizes and by an authentically Catholic staff of religious teachers who are dedicated to forming the minds, hearts, and souls of their students according to traditional Catholic ideals.

Each school day begins with the Latin Tridentine Mass, and throughout the day religion is incorporated into the curriculum, making the focus of life God-centered, forming consciences and knowledge at the same time.

Adopting the Salesian pedagogy and discipline which is based on Reason, Religion and Kindness, IHM provides a happy and wholesome learning environment for our students at all levels.
